Ridgetec Universal Mount

The Ridgetec Universal Mount is designed to strap or screw to a surface. It includes a 6ft strap and wrench for assembly.  It is constructed of steel and powder coated against rust.

It has the strength and structure to hold the camera or the camera with security box installed.  The connection threaded rod is the .25"x20 standard size used in the optics industry.  The rod is compatible with all cameras that use a threaded insert on the back or bottom.

Note: Included is a lock nut.  Do not throw this away.  If you plan to use a security box with your camera, verify that the metal cam is screwed on the rod first. Then insert the threaded rod through the back hole in the box. Use a socket and ratchet to tighten the nut on the rod until it is flush.  From the outside back of the box tighten the cam screw until snug or overly snug.
