Great product and great support. I have over 5 of these cameras and they do a fantastic job. The app is user friendly and if you have any issues, their support is responsive and great to work with.

I’ve been using Ridgetec cellular cameras since their maiden camera hit the market. I’ve always upgraded to the next release of camera to the present Lookout X. The cameras do exactly what they’re designed to do, take photos and videos. In my situation, they have all performed flawlessly. I live in a harsh Midwest climate where temps have dropped into the -30 degree temps. As long as the batteries are good the camera continues to provide. The multiple settings are well thought out and allow almost limitless functions across the board. Also having the ability to power the camera with 18650 batteries is an industry first as far as I know. The ability to use the camera as a stand alone unit without a monthly plan is almost non existent in today’s market. I’ve owned almost every name brand trail camera. And for almost a decade since owning my first Ridgetec. The cameras has proved to they belong at the top of my list. I have turned many hunter/friends onto Ridgetec cameras who went on to purchase multiple units of their own. If you’re on the fence, I would recommend trying one. But I would be willing to bet you will find yourself getting another.

Good program, especially to erase card or cloud

I have 6 Ridgetec cameras. They have worked well for me. Anytime that I've had an issue or a question the folks have been easy to get a hold of and have always taken great care of me. Ridgetecs are the best trail camera that I have ever had.

Super happy with my old Lookout Duals so I bought probably 12 or 15 new Lookout X's. Things I would like to see improved on them: 1) screw threads for the external battery cord would be nice. Seems like whenever my camera stops working in the field, that's often the issue if it's not some firmware thing and 2) PIR Sensitivity. "Standard" is too sensitive and "Medium" isn't sensitive enough. I run on Standard now but so many sun trips, wrens, chipmunks, etc. I've found myself having to be hyper aware of my setup compared to cameras I've used in the past. I tried going to "Medium" last year but I witnessed at least 2 occasions while on stand where deer walked in front of my camera and no picture was taken.

I like the App and customer service better than Tactacam so I plan on sticking it out in the short term for improvements. Customer Service is top notch and a big part of why I'm staying (and I own so many Ridgetecs now) with you guys. I just wish there were fewer hiccups but I know that comes with rolling out a new line so I get it.

Has worked well for over a yr .battery life on the lithium has been good also and the pooled data is reasonably priced would recommend if ur looking for a solid camera for game or home security.

Amazing cameras! I have at least 15 in the field all year long, many of which have run untouched for over a year now. Unmatched reliability and image clarity!

Always quickly answered my questions even on weekends. Of all the cameras I have run Ridgetec has the best support.

My Lookout X cam takes the best pictures out of any other trail cameras I've used, it's the most reliable, and their customer service can't be beat! They have turned me into a customer for life! Best decision I've ever made!

Ridgetec customer service has always been great to me. When I've called the support number, Steve has always been polite and helpful. The warranty coverage is awesome! When I've submitted tickets, the response time was fast and helpful! Great company and great customer service!!

I had one camera using batteries faster than normal. I called and talked to a rep, he gave me a return label and they quickly informed me of the issue. No cost to me and outstanding communication. Customer service is a high priority to these guys and it shows. Thanks again team Ridgetec!

I have been using Ridgetec cameras for about a year and a half now. When I've had an issue with, or a question about any of my cameras, my recently downloaded Ridgetec mobile app,or the portal, I've always had an answer within the next business day. I even called them when I had a question that required a lengthy answer or a discussion.
They have always been polite and respectful! Definitely A++++ customer service!!

I had an issue with my camera not working, These guys were quick in their response and helped me getting it back working again. Great products and great service.

I placed a camera out on Saturday and received an email from Anthony of Ridgetec on Sunday that he had Identified an issue with the sd card.
Amazing that problem was picked up before I even realized that there was an issue. I formatted the card as per his instructions and was back on track to capture amazing photos.

I've emailed Ridgetec for questions and help with my cameras. Steve, from service, always gets back with me in minutes. He has always been extremely helpful and follows up to make sure my issues are taken care of to my satisfaction. Their customer service is second to no other company I've dealt with.
I have four cameras I use for security and wildlife. I plan to purchase two more. The picture quality is great and I get my pics within seconds.

Hard to find good customer service anymore but this place has it. I've tried 4 different brands of cell cameras but have now committed to and will stay with RidgeTec as long as they keep treating their customers the way they do. I have had branches fall on cameras and break them and just general questions and there is always someone with RidgeTec waiting to help you with no questions asked. Crazy considering the world we live in now of junk products and no customer service.

Own three cameras now. They work great. I use them for security on the farm. Oldest camera is over 5 years old and still works great. Technical support is really quick. The new Lookouy-X camera picture quality is excellent.

This company has great fast support even on weekends. Cameras are easy to activate and use. Quality of pictures is awesome. Been a great experience so far switching from all the other cameras we have been using to just all Ridgetec. Would definitely recommend these cameras to others.

Love this camera! Tons of great features. Easy to make adjustments from the portal or the mobile app. Great pictures and videos.
