Security Box for Lookout-X Models

The Ridgetec Lookout-X security box is a new design that provides camera protection and anti-theft.  At the same time it optionally provides cable protection.

The entire box is constructed from 16 gauge galvanized steel, then powder coated against rust. All box seams are welded for additional strength.

The box is compatible with Python by Masterlock and Padlocks.  There is a strap slot in the rear as well as wood screw holes.

When external power is used with the Lookout-x, there is a built in shelf in the box back side that holds the camera creating a space for cabling below the camera.  This protects the DC plug going into the camera from tampering (two legged or 4 legged critters) and has the yank-proof cutout.

As the cable leaves the security box, there is a connection port for industry standard Flex Conduit.  the DC cables can pass through the conduit on their way to the power source.

(when available) Pre-cut sections of conduit with the necessary fittings will be available in our store.  You can however, DIY a solution with a trip to your hardware store.
